What You'll Do

  • At least 10 years- experience with retail or retail-related technology and processes.Retail Store Systems (e.g., POS, Inventory, Merchandising, Promotions, Discounts, Mobile) design, implementation, and/or support.Oracle POS version 14x or similar experience in menu building, configuration management, technical design.Coding Modification within Oracle POS environment modifications.Oracle Retail WebLogic and Database DevOps.Gathering business needs and creating into workable outcomes.Maintaining the knowledge base article and standard operating procedures.Different tools for remote support, release/deployment tools (SCCM).Knowledge management tools (Confluence) and Service Now.Providing Level 3 support and working with extended offshore teams.Providing full Desktop Support Services (Verifone Pin Pad hardware, software, and mobile device).Performing hardware -software and networking troubleshooting of POS Devices like printers, Windows 8 /10 workstations.Providing assistance and support in installation, reimage of windows 8/10 workstations and servers.Developing and improving documentation to support problem analysis and resolution.
Minimum education qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Efficient in Microsoft Officeand G Suite, Network/Server/Databasemanagement, Adobe Suite, SQLDeveloper, Linux, Weblogic,Xstore/Xcenter/Xlink/Xadmin, StoreTechnology
