RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in West Valley City, Utah (UT) is seeking to hire a remote Oracle ERP Analyst.Responsibilities include:

• Owns the roadmap and all support objectives related to HRMS, Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, Accounting, and related third-party systems
• Works with business users primarily in the US to map out processes to better define system solutions, integrations solutions, and streamline end-to-end processes for the rest of the world
• The Oracle ERP Analyst builds world-class reporting capabilities
• Manages relationships with the business and IT teams necessary for the execution of the roadmap, support, and continuous improvement
• Discovers, designs, tests, maintains, plans deployment for all applications, and configurations under their ownership
• An Oracle ERP Analyst understands the underlying structure of applications, tables, views specifically related to HR, is efficient at querying data to troubleshoot, and provide data to stakeholders
• Has a keen ability to troubleshoot system issues leveraging support knowledge bases and other tools to quickly resolve issues
• The Oracle ERP Analyst leads or partners with IT Project Management to define project plans in order to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or other business-related areas
• 2-5+ years of E-business suite or equivalent experience specifically with Oracle EBS version 12.2 Core HR and Self-Service HR
• Background with Oracle EBS Financials, Global Localization, Costing, Oracle Planning, and Budgeting Cloud
• Strong understanding of SQL and the ability to query in the Oracle EBS database and other applications
• Good understanding of the business processes related to human resources, employee, and manager self-service
• Demonstrate analytic aptitude; Capable of thinking strategically, identifying user requirements, and subsequent development of comprehensive detailed technical specifications
