We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for new hires who accept an offer in 2022. The bonus will be paid out in two $500 installments, after 90 days of successful employment from the start date, and after 12 months of successful employment, from the start date.

Ophthalmic Assistant, Glaucoma. This role is M-F Days, 40 hours per week Full Time, Main Campus. We offer benefits and 50% off the MBTA pass.

Under the direct Supervision of the lead ophthalmic technician, chief ophthalmic technician and service manager, the Ophthalmic Assistant is critical to the team and assists in the processing of patients by performing ophthalmic technical support services, maintains exam rooms equipment and supplies.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an ophthalmic or health care related setting.
• JCAHPO certification required within first year of hire.
• We will also consider currently Certified Ophthalmic Assistants
