Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Teaching new employees about company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to teach employees how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Developing training materials for new processes or procedures.
  • Assisting in developing policies and procedures for training and development programs.
  • Performing training gap analysis of all operations employees.
  • Assessing employees' knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in order to identify any safety concerns.
  • Preparing and administering tests to measure the knowledge gained from training

Qualifications

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Chemistry/Life Science.
  • 3+ years experience working in manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proven ability to follow written and oral instruction.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced production environment.
  • Proven ability to work well with a team with little supervision.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
