Immediate need for a talented Operations Research Analyst I with experience in the Airline Industry.
This is a 05+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below.

Pay Range: 31.60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain monthly work schedules for 40 - 50 special assignment flight attendants to ensure adequate operational coverage
  • Ensure schedules are documented and readily available for leader review
  • Provide high level schedule auditing and reporting
  • Support new hire flight attendant meeting and event scheduling for required events
  • Ensure schedules are updated on time, accurately and do not violate Client or FAA work rules
  • Respond in a timely manner (within established SOPs) to flight attendant and IFS leader schedule inquiries
  • Work closely with IFS divisional scheduling team to identify and resolve any flight attendant scheduling issues
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable FAA regulations and flight attendant work rules
  • Serve as a resource for flight attendants and IFS leaders on scheduling issues
  • Attend IFS LIFT events and support event planning team in the event execution
  • Provide a high level of customer service to the internal customer, the flight attendant, in a fast-paced, environment
  • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
  • Managing on-site event logistics, which can lead to working non-traditional hours
  • Maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers and overseeing the set-up, execution, and cleanup of events
Key Requirements and Experience:
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be customer service oriented and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess analytical, organizational, and sound decision-making skills while adhering to all Client and FAA flight attendant scheduling work rules
  • Must be able to perform with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Must possess high level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • Previous flight crew scheduling experience
  • Previous Client flight attendant experience
