Beacon Hill Staffing is partnering with a company that specializes in roof repair, roof replacement & siding installation! They are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be processing and tracking material orders, subcontractor invoicing, reviewing and updating all roofing order and assisting with insurance and retail invoicing.

Pay Rate: 55K-65K per year, depending on experience

Location: Eden Pirarie, MN

Job Duties:

-Manage all will call requests from Project Managers, including ordering materials from various vendors, recording in Acculynx to associate jobs.
-Manage and assign runners to go to vendors and pick up and deliver materials to the site.
-Manage and track material return process.
-Manage window orders that come through by scheduling window measurements
-Manage fleet vehicles, including updating insurance, tabs, and ensuring all vehicle repairs are recorded and tracked.
-Manage job material returns by working with vendor and making sure that all returns get credited
-Manage company SOP by creating, updating, or removing any SOP for processes.
-Manage inventory control, by using materials that we have available in the shop for upcoming jobs.
-Manage internal tool inventory and usage/assignment control.
-Maintain an inventory spreadsheet of all shop materials coming in and going out.
-Review and update all roofing orders that come in to be approved. Verify that all ordered
quantities and materials are correct.
-Review all gutter jobs submitted to be approved by making sure that all lengths are accounted for and we identify any problem areas that could arise and address these issues.
-Review insurance, retail and repair jobs for invoicing
-Verify Subcontractors Invoices
-Ensure company safety policies are being adhered to.
-Set up annual safety training sessions with all employees and new hires while onboarding.
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing and siding.
-Minimum 2 years of operations experience.
-Customer experience focused
