As a member of the PMAMC Corporate staff, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness of PMAMC through enhancing and coordinating service initiatives including the new business takeover process. In this role you will utilize your claims systems knowledge and operational experience to provide technical support and manage the new business installation process. As a primary function of this position you will be responsible to act as a liaison between the new account, Customer Service Center (CSC), and various internal departments for the integration of new accounts. Additionally this position will be responsible for database management and various project initiatives.
