A full-cycle recruiter focused on high touch candidate relationship management. The Recruiter is driven to provide exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening Resumes
Performing in-person interviews with candidates
Reference and Background Checks
Follow up with interview process status.
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are meet!
Current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Conducting exit interviews
Act as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and industry associates
Qualifications/Skills:
Recruiting and interviewing skills
Phone, In-Person, and online meeting platform skills
Supports workplace diversity.
Familiarity with relevant employment Law
Professionalism, organization skills and project management skills
Education and Experience
2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment,
1-2 years’ experience in recruiting
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
