This role will be heavily focused and responsible for the recruiting and onboarding process to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. You will coordinate and follow up on activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:

- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes

- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates

- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials

- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders

- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

- Processes new hire paper work, background checks, and E-Verify checks (verify employment eligibility)

- Coordinates Pre-Employment Drugtesting

- Maintains LCK employee informationon SharePoint

- Submits New Hire documentation to Corporate

- Training (new hire orientation) and scheduling of training (on Policies & Procedures and Safety)

- Assists new employees and existing employees in completing ID Security Badge Forms and Customs forms

- Conducts New Hire Sexual Harassment Avoidance Training

- Processes and informs Corporate Office of terminations

- Obtains enrollment/waiver benefits forms from eligible employees and assists employees with completing forms. Submits completed forms to Corporate for processing

- Processes Personnel Action Change forms for employee status changes (change in pay, supervisor, title, address/name change, etc.)

- Submits Direct Deposit forms to Corporate

- Performs signatory functions as prescribed in “ID Badging Practices and Regulations Handbook”

- Assists in uniforms distribution

- Other duties as assigned

An individual must be able to perform each Essential Duty satisfactorily to perform this job successfully. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.

Education and Experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or one year up to and including three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum age of eighteen (18)

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:
- Valid State Driver's License
- Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR or SPHR) desirable

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate and market our recruiting needs and adequately advertise job postings
- Ability compute rate, ratio, and percent and to understand various aspects of compensation and reports
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge or ability to learn ADP and other recruiting/HR systems
- Microsoft software, especially an intermediate ability in Excel
- Knowledge of State Labor Codes
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements
- Data entry skills
- Ability to pass a 10-year background screening
