Summary of Position
The office coordinator will serve as the primary point-of-contact for the Maytum Center for Student Success, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. The role facilitates office communication channels and maintains the physical space for optimal functionality; supports office budgetary activities across the various functional areas; takes the lead in event planning for the functional areas; and works with colleagues within Student Success to spearhead the usage, maintenance, updates, and oversight of office-related technology and software. Additionally, they will provide support to the Gator Success Grants process and supervise a team of student employees.

YOUR COMPENSATION
New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications and experience. This is a non-exempt position. The expected hourly range starting point for this position is $15.80.
