General Description
- Assist in preparation of Reunion & Homecoming briefing book.
Assist in preparation of volunteer scheduling and confirmations. Receive, record, and track reservations for reunion/homecoming. Post in Aladin events system. Prepare information reunion/homecoming events Answer phones, assist constituents by telephone and in person with general information regarding Alumni Weekend programs and activities. Assist with day-to-day activities regarding mass mailings, constituent data update, registration, and confirmations. Staff annual Homewood Alumni Weekend—March 25 - 27, 2022 Assist and coordinate reunion constituent affinity group research and code information into the Aladin database. Qualifications:High School diploma required
One year office experience
Data entry experience preferred
Good oral, written and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (Word and Excel) (Canva and Adobe platforms a plus)
Pleasant demeanor and solid customer service skills
Team player and perseverance
