Fisheye Software is seeking Part-Time / 8am-2pm / Mon through Thursday to work out our Maynard, MA HQ.
The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for employees,
customers, visitors, and management entering the office and with that
must present a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. The position will
include taking phone calls, receiving deliveries, placing supply orders, and
other general administrative duties as needed. Must maintain general
organization and cleanliness of the front office/conference room, and
break area.
General Duties: The perfect candidate must be a team player, have a positive attitude,
and be flexible with supporting other tasks as they arise; assisting
employees, managers, and principals with ad hoc items.

Minimum Skill
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Excellent People Skills, Strong Organizational Skills,
Strong Verbal & written communication skills, self-motivated, self disciplined,
and focused.
Security
Requirements:
Applicant may be subject to a security investigation and must meet the
eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued
by the US Government. This position may require an additional
background screening.

Potentially - 15 - 30 pounds occasionally
