YOUR ROLE

This role foresees around 70% activities with regards tomaterial master data lifecycle and 30% activities around new product innovationproject management.

Material Master Data management

  • Lead and manage overall material master data workflow fromideation
  • Material Master data collection, maintenance & statusmonitoring for the overall material master creation process
  • Coordination and alignment with Henkel's variousdepartments involved in MD creation regionally & internationally includingNPI, R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Purchasing and SupplyChain

New product innovation management

  • Manage regional B Prof Innovation process coveringreformulations and new packaging innovations
    Ensure transparent and comprehensive project steering andreview for NPIs including creation of project timelines, cost target adherenceand risk mitigation
  • Responsible for sourcing / packaging development withpackaging suppliers and/or for aligning packaging activities with internalpackaging department for inhouse produced NPIs
  • Follow global NPI process and global NPI gate requirements
  • Adhere to regional NPI governance process
  • Support supply chain and brand in regional complexityreduction activities

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • Project management & implementation experience required
  • Proficient in Excel & PPT
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to change and a dynamic work environment
