NASCAR Media Staffing is seeking project-based production managers and coordinators. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with on-site production and post-production knowledge within the sports industry.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Work with the management team to identify, select and schedule staff and freelance personnel for assigned projects and/or shows
• Manage and coordinate media and work orders for assigned productions produced by the company
• Works in conjunction with the Operations group (Transmissions, Engineering, Media Ops, Library, TOC, etc.) to coordinate the logistics of assigned projects
• Create production timelines and adjust as necessary
• Manage a production budget

Required Skills/Experience:

• Well organized and flexible to shifting priorities
• Able to carry out duties with little direct supervision
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Excels while working in dynamic and time-sensitive environments
• Able to understand and follow the company's Productions workflow
• Knowledge of sports, specifically auto racing, including current drivers, rules, and events
• Familiarity with television production procedures, specifically sports production
