Ensures that a patient first approach is maintained as the primary focus of business development and operational initiatives for the Roswell Park Care Network (RPCN) Affiliate members . The Network Director of Practice Administration has primary responsibility for assisting with the overall management of all business planning and operations, program development, and financial assessment for the assigned Network Affiliate members.
The Network Director of Practice Administration assures successful integration of the Network Affiliate member into RPCI in alignment with the overall strategic plan for business development.
Under the general guidance of the Senior Executive Director, Strategy, Business Development and Outreach, assist in providing leadership to the RPCI affiliate to achieve defined goals, objectives, and outcomes in the areas of operations, quality, finance, engagement, and growth.
Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in business or healthcare administration including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in business or healthcare administration including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
