Core Responsibilities (60%)
· Digital learning content production: Assist the PDM community with recording presentations in a video studio, classrooms, and various settings. Perform camera operation, audio recording/mixing, lighting, and editing for video and multimedia projects. Develop motion graphics and animations as per design. Assist productions in various crew roles as needed.
· Special Projects: Complete special projects as assigned by Center leadership.
· Creative and Technical Growth: Maintain a high degree of creativity and latitude. Stay up to date with new technological advances and learn new skills.
CETI Studio Specialist Responsibilities (20%)
· Studio Management: Oversee studio space management, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and organization.
· Technical Support: Provide technical support for CETI initiatives, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
· Content Creation: Engage in digital content creation via on-site video lecture recording, enhancing the quality and reach of CETI's educational materials.
Administrative Projects/Responsibilities (20%)
· Online Course Enrollment and Data Management: Handle course enrollment processes and maintain accurate data records.
· Purchasing and Supplies Management: Oversee purchasing for studio and administrative needs.
· Event Planning and Administration: Coordinate event logistics, including location reservation, catering, attendance tracking, and finance reconciliation.
· Digital Resource Management: Manage digital team resources, including file systems, project tracking, and team calendar.
Additional Identified Responsibilities
· Content Creation/Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data for metrics, infographics, and survey results.
· Workday Management: Manage Workday assignments and support requests for PDM.
· Event Planning: Monitor RSVPs, manage communications, and handle event logistics.
· Team Account Management: Oversee team email accounts, project request surveys, and digital platforms.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
· Experience in video production and editing.
· Broad knowledge in videography and photography.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, is a plus.
