We are seeking a Research Associate with experience in Next Generation Sequencing assays and workflows to join our Manufacturing Sciences and Technology team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for executing high-complexity Reagent QC testing, supporting R&D and Clinical Lab experiments, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology that could revolutionize cancer detection. What You Will Be Doing - Perform complex reagent quality testing of in-house and externally acquired reagents
- Execute forecasted experiments ranging from reagent evaluation and qualification to general data generation
- Automated and manual sample preparation and NGS assays
- Assist with root cause analysis of failed materials
- Perform basic molecular biology laboratory techniques
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with at least 1 year of experience
- Basic laboratory techniques pipetting, SPRI, PCR, qPCR
- NGS Assays and workflows
- Reagent QC Testing, Qualification and Evaluation
- Experience with nucleic acids and quantification devices such as Nanodrop, Bioanalyzer, Fragment Analyzer
- Automated and Manual Sample Preparation
