Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day customer service needs of all clients.
  • Provide clear communication, both verbal and written, to all customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate information in response to incoming customer phone and email messages.
  • Understand and communicate all contract regulations to customers through the introduction process of their relocation. Utilize the operating systems to keep all files up to date, by using the prompts and making notes.
  • Process customer survey results according to established department policies and procedures using quoting software and cost-analysis techniques.
  • Update and maintain operating systems with accurate and timely data.
  • Ensure all new moves are set up in the correct programs as prescribed.
  • Ensure he/she understands all move policies and authorizations. Ensure all contact points are made on each move within the assigned timeframe.
  • Successfully communicate needs to the receiving coordinator of the move during the hand-off phase.
  • Manage VIP/Executive Moves directly through the full move process.
  • Manage small-scale shipments directly through the full move process.
  • Manage reporting functions according to Client SLAs.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Type 40-50 WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

TRAVEL:
  • Ability to travel 10% on overnight trips.

Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Operations:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective use of collaboration tools

  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
