We are a top AmLaw200 law firm that is looking for an Mobile Enterprise Applications Engineer to join our team. Seeking someone with at least 5 years of mobile device hardware/software support experience and at least 3 years of deploying or maintaining multiple Mobile Device Management solutions/platforms in a global multi-office environment. If you have experience with Azure, Intune, MS mobile applications, Blackberry, device enrollment and purchase programs, we want to talk to you! Hybrid role; 6 days in office per month.
What You Will Be Doing In order to support and improve the company's mobility platform, you will be in charge of helping with the research, testing, installation, and maintenance of international software solutions. Additional crucial duties include:
- Manage project teams and serving as a "Subject Matter Expert" for these solutions while conducting research, evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting the company's enterprise mobility platform
- Coordinate with the heads of other business units (such as Security, Data Governance, Records Management, and Privacy) to make sure their needs are recognized and fulfilled
- Put your technical ingenuity to use to find and develop innovative software solutions and improvements
- Provide superior resources with knowledge on numerous areas; aiding and coaching other team members
- Assist team members in the creation of training materials and providing instruction on specialist programs to end users, the Global Technology Support Center, and regional trainers
What You Need for this Position - At least 5 years of mobile device hardware/software support experience
