Responsibilities:

• Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of mechanical systems and associated materials and equipment within the mechanical construction industry.
• Employee will dismantle equipment when required for repair and transportation and reassemble it at the appropriate time.
• Employee will move equipment to appropriate site for repair and maintenance to avoid contamination or workplace safety hazards.
• Employee will align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operation.
• Employee will create solid foundations for machines on-site
• Employee will follow a problem to the source and solve the issue.
• Perform all tasks with general supervision, be able to read blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to construction equipment and machinery.
• Employee will lift heavy objects, physically manipulate objects will need strength.
• Employee will travel to construction sites (sometimes multiple sites per day) to meet project-based needs.
