What You Will Be Doing ESTIMATING TURNOVER / BUDGET REVIEW
SUBMITTALS / BUY-OUT
PREPLANNING AND SCHEDULING
PROJECT ACCOUNTING
PROJECT MAINTENANCE
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
COMMISSIONING
PROJECT SETUP PROJECT CLOSE-OUT
What You Need for this Position 5+ years of industry experience in Mechanical Engineering + Project Management
5+ years within Mechanical Trades + Experience with Plumbing
5+ years of Commercial Experience
-- Experience with Electrical is a Big Plus, but not 100% required

Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, county, and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, and other governing requirements
Experience with construction trades such as sheet metal, piping, and plumbing
Experience in budget development, bookkeeping, and accounting
Knowledge of the basic principles of file and records maintenance
