Position Summary:

• As a Strategic Meeting Planning Specialist (Contractor), you will be responsible for coordinating and reconciling meeting planning corporate credit cards to adhere to compliance standards.
• We are a shared services team that works very closely with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Medical Education, Physician Relations and Field Teams in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory and Legal. If you have a passion for data driven work, meeting planning, and love to interface with many cross functional teams and customers this could be your perfect role!

A Day in the Life

• You will process corporate travel expense reports in accordance with company policy
• Responsible for formulating a plan for Meeting Planners to perform a program turnover to provide proper details needed for program close-out
• Reconcile all program charges from hotels, ground suppliers, American Express travel (flights) and various other suppliers
• Capture receipts and process reports in 14 days (policy)
• Audit of expense reports based on established rules.
• You will ensure all programs are in compliance with the Sunshine Act, AdvaMed, corporate BCS, and association guidelines.
• You will participate on cross-functional teams, as appropriate, to integrate and standardize best practices throughout the business.
• You will continually seek out and participate in self development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a Concur Expense
• Experience with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Nice to Have:

• Meeting Planning experience
• Smartsheets experience
• Experience in Healthcare/Med Device and/or Healthcare Professional
