Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Medicare Documentation Specialist to write, edit and/or proofread internal and/or external communication and publications. Utilize technical and business writing principles, as well as web-based technologies.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for the following:

Experience: 2 years' technical and business documentation experience, or any combination of work experience with writing, analysis, and knowledge management software

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)


Here's what your day may look like:

• Maintain and integrate documents into knowledge management application.
• Work with stakeholders to develop business requirements for communications/publications.
• Maintain and update existing reference materials and/or policies.
• Conduct and/or participate in departmental meetings to ensure knowledge management resources meet end user content and usability needs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Grade: 19
