Description

A Medicaid Growth & Engagement Intern will be responsible for focusing on outreach, event development, and retention for our Medicaid business line.

How you will make an impact:

  • Assisting in expanding brand awareness, increasing partnerships, acquisition, and retention
  • Learning about Growth & Engagement Medicaid processes, brand strategy, partner development, negotiation, track trends, and member satisfaction
  • Engaging in researching and outreaching disenrolled reasons
  • Assisting in the implementation and the development of marketing initiatives
  • Assisting with outreach to members, track membership trends, and administrative duties as needed
  • Evaluate and monitoring performance and efficiency of planned initiatives and execution yield targeted ROI
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer 2023 internship
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university during internship
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
