$4000 Hiring Bonus

Starting pay is $25.43/hour + shift differential

Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days on, 4 days off

What you'll do:

• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
  
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
  
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
  
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
  

We need you to have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
  
• 2 + years related experience preferred
  
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
