BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. supplies a wide range of products including integral and hook-on side-shifters, fork positioners, paper roll clamps, bale clamps, carton clamps, push pulls, multi-pallet handlers, rotators and forks.

The Materials Lead will supervise a team of Material Handlers. This position is accountable for the planning, organization and control of all material replenishment strategies within the Sulligent Plant. This position is accountable for the planning, organization and control of all material replenishment practices and deploying new technologies. As the champion of PFEP you are responsible for its continual development and execution. Your team's daily responsibilities include validating existing material replenishment strategies and providing support to the plant floor as required. This position administers the Sulligent manufacturing operating plan phase out and introduction of materials used in new products. Position interfaces with Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure accurate product scheduling and component forecasting enabling proper inventory management within a multi brand environment. Position develops/supports training required for various systems and related areas to perform accurate functions. This position's primary area of responsibility will be managing material flow in the facility as well as managing the material flow to the manufacturing areas as well as process improvements such as different material handling strategies (i.e.: Milk Runs, Water spiders). Additionally, the position is responsible for improving plant DFT material flow linkage in support of Demand Flow Technology operating systems .The position is also responsible for the development and of the Materials Replenishment process as well as all projects related to materials at the Sulligent Plant.

Key Accountabilities:

• This positions primary area of responsibility will be managing the materials and product flow in the facility as well as managing the materials flow to the manufacturing areas
  
• The Materials Lead will be accountable for impacts to the manufacturing area, This position will be accountable for Process improvements such as different material handling strategies (i.e.: Milk Runs, Water spiders)
  
• Ensure an effective flow of material from suppliers to the assembly lines including defined replenishment triggers
  
• Design, develop and monitor Just in Time Material Sequencing process for feeder stations
  
• Champion Plan for Every Part (PFEP) for the Sulligent Plant
  
• Lead all materials related projects Provide leadership and direction to the Materials team in implementing the lean principles of DFT
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field required
  
• 2+ years of relevant experience
