About You

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. In this role, you will

• Operate a variety of industrial equipment

• Complete training programs to gain technical proficiency

• Obtain knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for improving the effective manufacture of goods

• Maintain work areas and equipment to keep them clean of debris and product

• Stack or unload finished items or raw materials

• Monitor indicators to make sure equipment is working properly

• Receive cross-training as needed in other areas

• Safely operate equipment

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer use, good math skills, basic mechanical aptitude

• Understand and follow safety requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency

• 1-year verifiable working experience

Preferred Qualifications

• One year manufacturing/ industrial experience or equivalent Military education/training

• Forklift experience is preferred
