Marriott Vacations Worldwide is excited to host a Mix & Mingle Networking Pathways for students attending Northern Arizona University | School of Hotel and Restaurant Managment!!!

When: Wednesday, February 7th, 2024

Time: From 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Location: HRM Building Fireplace Lounge

Learn about the importance of Networking and how to effectively connect with professionals in the hospitality industry. Mingle with property leaders and the recruiting team to discuss internship opportunities for Summer 2024!

The College Internship Program is offered, based on availability, at select locations in the West Region:

• Phoenix, AZ

• Sedona, AZ

• South Lake Tahoe, CA

• Palm Desert, CA

• Newport Coast, CA

• Breckenridge, CO

• Steamboat Springs, CO

• Vail, CO

• Beaver Creek, CO

• Park City, UT

• Incline Village, NV

• San Antonio, TX

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Internship Program

• Immersion program offering participants work experience in one specific department

• Three-to-six-month program

• Comprehensive onboarding

• Participating in operational duties within assigned department

• eLearning opportunities

• Virtual Meetings with site and company leaders

Successful College Interns will be given a high level of consideration when applying for future career opportunities with Marriott Vacation Club.

Internship Program Requirements

• Candidate should be pursuing a college degree

• Preferred candidates pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Business

• Competitive Pay! (Wages vary by location)

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS

This bonus is for new hires and rehires. Internal candidates are excluded.

Payment will be one-time payment processed within the first two pay cycles (30 days from start date)

For Internships in California, the wage range is $17.00 - $23.60/hour depending on location and department.

For Internships in Colorado, the wage range is $20.00 - $21.50/hour depending on location and department.

*Housing accommodations and relocation are the student's responsibility.
