We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Specialist - Online Configuration Tools, Marketing, in our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Support Internal and External users of all Clopay Online Configuration Tools.  Configuration tools include:

Home Depot Door Configurator - HDDC

       United States, Canada English and French, United States Mobile

Door Imagination System

MyDoor

        English, French and Spanish

CDQ, Quickdraw, Hewee (Holmes Brand Configuration Tool), Price Page App, Sectional WebGen, Future Systems, WTS (Paradigm)

• Ensure the quick resolution of issues occurring within the Configuration Tools and communications back to the users reporting the issues.  Attend bi-weekly meetings with the offshore consulting team.  Requires working in Track - IT (Help Desk Program).  Interact often and closely with Clopay's offshore consulting firm.

• Collaborate with the Online Configuration Systems - User Experience as needed.  User testing of new functionality.  Assist to obtain new imagery.  Communication to the IT teams (On/Off shore).

• Assist Data Entry Specialist as needed.

• Communicate and assist to resolve issues affecting Hewee with outside company. 

• Responsible for implementation and communication to the business of promotions in the Hewee tool, HDDC US and CA tools.

• Facilitate questions and issues on the tools that may arise.  Collaborate with team as needed to get resolution.

• Support the Online Configuration System Coordinators in launching new products and offerings on the Configuration Tools.

• Travel as needed (<10%).

• Other duties as assigned.

 

•  High School Diploma or equivalent required.

•  Solid computer experience and excellent written communication skills required.

•  Garage door experience a plus.

•  Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

•  Good attention to detail.
