RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Marketing Specialist in Minneapolis, MN.Duties:

• Execute marketing tactics in support of the company autos lending marketing strategy
• Ensure the consistent implementation of customer-centric marketing and advertising initiatives that ladder up to the brand
• Work with creative and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations, and bank policies
• Complete projects on time and on budget, as outlined in project plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience leveraging digital channels (search, display, email, in-app, etc.) and marketing technology to connect with customers and prospects with the right message at the right time
• Demonstrated diplomacy and ability to gain buy-in from diverse teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Curiosity and creativity grounded in strategic mindset
• Understanding, interest, and expertise in the financial services industry a plus
