Job Description Summary
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our exciting team. This person will play an integral role in developing and delivering account communications, internal websites, and client presentations. Experience in corporate real estate or facilities is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and has a keen eye for detail to deliver on various fronts with best-in-class results for our clients. This person would bring creative and critical thinking skills to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver account news publications, program communications, reports, and client presentations
  • Own all internal account websites, integrating UX design principles and ensuring visual consistency
  • Assist with communication and execution of service excellence programs
  • Support development and customization of robust, contemporary, and diverse communications
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, implement standard operating processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure development of agreed-upon expectations, timelines, and project milestones with stakeholders, and ensure management throughout the process
  • Manage and execute marketing requests in accordance with deadlines, sometimes multiple at a time
  • Own video creation and editing for account and client requests and custom motion graphics on occasion, if needed

Education
  • BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience or training or any similar combination of education and experience

Experience
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of the creative process froma strategic and execution standpoint
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities independently and simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment
  • Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in Google Sites & Google Analytics preferred; HTML and web development tools desired
  • Knowledge of UI / UX design and UX research preferred
  • Proficient in video editing software desired
