Key responsibilities:
● Drive adoption of the loyalty program across all stores and drive customer participation rates through acquisition events & offers, in store activations, increased customer awareness, and other incentives
● Lead ongoing Loyalty program improvements and evolution including improving customer data collection, CX, app strategy and roadmap, and member benefits
● Collaborate with Analytics team and external partners to test, learn and optimize loyalty promotions and communications.
● Partner with channel managers to develop omni-channel communication programs focused on the program and its benefits
● Conduct research and analysis to understand the value proposition of the Loyalty programs through the eyes of the customer and determine ways to improve the customers' experience with the Loyalty program and identify new layers of value to add to the program.
● Manage, analyze and present key business metrics reporting.
● Monitor competitive and industry trends and translate into actionable recommendations
Qualifications
● Proven marketing leader & self-starter with 5+ years' experience with loyalty programs
● Retail and/or Franchise marketing experience required.
● Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, or similar).
● Strong analytical skills and comfort with using data to make actionable decisions
● Strong project management with the ability to manage & implement various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
● Self-starter and ability to work as part of a team, managing deadlines with minimal supervision
● Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
● Comfort with dynamic, high growth entrepreneurial company and culture and willingness to get your hands dirty
