Marketing Intern

What You'll Do

HelpSystems is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the team. This person will be responsible for assisting with our account-based marketing program, various data analysis and reporting requests, along with other operational and web projects as needed. This position will support all HelpSystems product lines and is part of the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Demand Generation Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with our account-based marketing program by setting up target account lists and performing research at each account to uncover the buying team.
• Assist product line teams to produce marketing assets including emails, landing pages, and web forms.
• Schedule social media posts/campaigns and monitor our social channels to uncover new opportunities.
• Manage our GoToWebinar platform including scheduling events and educating the team on usage and best practices.
• Work with the marketing team to create reports and analyze performance.
• Execute tactical marketing projects and assignments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Recent university graduate or currently studying in marketing or related field.
  
• Excellent attention to detail.
  
• Strong time management skills.
  
• Experience working with HubSpot or other marketing automation tool a plus.
