Our new Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for handling a wide range of marketing support tasks that include coordinating our brand presence and messaging for industry events, executing campaign tactics using our marketing tech stack, supporting our sales teams, and preparing content, as well as coordinating delivery via our digital channels.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will report directly to our Senior Marketing Manager who oversees the CTEH business lines. This candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with key business line leaders and help implement marketing strategy. In addition, the successful candidate will be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the organizational challenges of supporting a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a key member of the Marketing team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities hand-in-hand with the Senior Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, including:

Marketing Coordination
  • Supports and collaborates with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers on sales/marketing projects including event messaging support, market and customer research, targeted sales initiatives, promotional material content development, and value proposition material support.
  • Develops content & copy, including flysheets, SOQs, blog articles, and social media content.
  • Maintains promotional materials and corporate identity materials (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc.) by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Participates in planning and execution of marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Evaluates and coordinates outside vendors as appropriate.
  • Creates/delivers printed and e-marketing materials.
  • Performs such other duties as assigned.
Event & Trade Show Coordination
  • Coordinates all elements of trade show and event management including securing booth registration, registering attending employee(s), ordering exhibiting services, shipping event displays and booth materials, overseeing on-site and off-site logistics, abstract submittals, event campaign support in Salesforce, assisting in pre- and post-event communications, and other related support tasks.
  • Establishes and maintains consistent relationships with third party vendors to promote value and cost savings.
  • Manages the ordering and shipping of marketing merchandise inventory (e.g., shirts, hats, etc.) for Company personnel for event-related activities as requested.
  • Works effectively with copywriters and designers to format presentations according to established deadlines.
  • Establishes and maintains project management schedules and processes for trade shows and other events in Asana, Google Drive, and other relevant project management platforms.
  • Ensures a consistent tone of voice across trade shows that represent CTEH's diverse array of services and solutions by working closely with a wide variety of team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Makes conference registrations for trade shows and other events where we exhibit.
  • Receives and processes internal business card requests for event and conference planning purposes.
  • Sources, negotiates, and manages selected vendors and supplies to ensure event goals and timelines are met.
  • Manages approved budgets to ensure appropriate tracking of event spending, and report on ROI from sales teams in post-event campaigns.
  • Keeps up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

This is an in-office position based in the North Little Rock, AR corporate office.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • B.S. or B.A. in marketing, communications, journalism or related field preferred
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in marketing coordination, executive administration, data management, or similar duties (preferably in sales or marketing areas)
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment and professional level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proficiency with Social Media Marketing and Management
  • Familiarity with key marketing software, including HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce and Canva preferred

  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Current, valid, unrestricted driver's license (required)
