Description:
Marketing Communication Specialist:

• Assist with translation projects and work directly with translation supplier
• Help manage projects with external documentation supplier and technical writers
• Work with internal Marketing Communications Specialist for backup on PLM system Other duties as assigned
• Preparation and routing marketing materials for approval in content management system.
• Review and approval of product labeling documentation
• Alignment with cross functional stakeholders, including technical and regulatory, to expedite asset approval

Education:

• Experience min - Bachelors in science, business or related field.
• 2 yrs min experience in healthcare or life science industry

Top 5 skills/requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Collaborative skills - gaining alignment and facilitating consensus
• Experience in regulated industry, preferably healthcare/FDA
• Written communication (job will require cross functional collaboration via email and in content management system)
• Proficient in MS office applications
