JOB DESCRIPTION
Under moderate supervision, provides visual design and concept development for execution and coordinates with product managers, global marketing staff and vendors to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and functions. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of principles related to digital and offset printing processes, graphics and marketing including communicating project specifications. May lead creative aspects of a project, adapt to rapid change and handle detail-oriented projects independently. Activities include creating and/or coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials, identifying an appropriate mix of advertising and promotional media channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas (e.g., social media, website, radio/television, publications, billboards, etc.), coordinating activities of the company's trade shows, promotions and events, planning advertising campaigns (e.g., budget estimates, preparing and negotiating advertising contracts, etc.), and creating and/or coordinating brand promotional merchandise.
