We are searching for a Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving the health and performance of marketing systems. What you'll do as a Manager, Analytics:

• Develop data analysis and reports to measure and inform on our marketing initiatives and use those to guide business decisions for future treatments.
  
• Drive the development of data visualizations and dashboards that help quickly tell the story of our marketing efforts.
  
• Create high quality presentations to effectively communicate with key stakeholders across the business
  
• Collaborate across different marketing channels to streamline reporting, automate and build alerts to help detect potential issues.
  
• Proactively generate new ideas, build business cases and measure results to help DraftKings Marketing Analytics stay best-in-class.
  
• Lead and develop a team of analysts responsible for supporting the central reporting of our marketing efforts.
  

What you'll bring:

• You have 7+ years of business analytics experience, ideally working with marketing or media buying teams
  
• Experience leading a team of junior analysts and being responsible for managing, mentoring and helping to grow their careers
  
• Highly proficient with data analytics and have experience in data manipulation using a variety of tools.
  
• Expertise in SQL, Tableau (or an equivalent), and Excel/Google sheets.
  
• Expertise in Python or R is a plus.
  
• Experience creating strong written and verbal presentations to share with cross-functional leadership teams.
  
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge of sports betting (ideally online sportsbook), fantasy sports or online casino is a plus
