Marketing Accountant
Remote - EST hours
Pay rate: $55-58/hr.

The marketing accountant position supports the business by ensuring a timely and accurate accounting close. The position also is required to provide general support to the various Marketing and Financial Planning teams. The employee would need to be able to perform the transactions and processes for the month end close including but not limited to preparing various reporting schedules with respective analyses balance sheet account reconciliations and recording journal entries.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Drive accrual process for marketing close and for certain components of net sales.
• Support forecasting for marketing spend phasing and cash flow impacts.
• Manage project master data internal orders forecasts actuals and other transaction within the ERP SAP.
• Manage the governance and industry standards for coupon and digital barcodes including but not limited to creation training and risk assessment.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed

• Education 4 Years Sup Studies - BBA in Accounting
• to 3 Years Work Experience1
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellence in Excel required
• Knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred

Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed

• Strong ability to self-manage
• Ability for self-education or self-directed learning
• Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
