We are needing a tenured Market Sector Leader with experience in Higher Education. This individual will assist with furthering the outreach to Community College Market Sector within the Greater LA area.
What You Will Be Doing - Maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, and public agencies
- Participate in developing the market sector business development plan with the Principal in Charge
- Participates in the companys annual strategic planning session
- Assign projects and tasks to dedicated market sector staff and shared staff
- Solicit and negotiate consultants services and fees
- Participate in multiple industry gatherings
- Present and or lead interoffice presentations and meetings
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of experience in managing all phases of higher education projects
- Demonstrate knowledge of all disciplines
- Understanding of all local regions, market sectors
- Knowledge of sustainable design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Guide and motivate staff
