RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client is seeking to hire a Market Intelligence Analyst in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (PA).Summary:The Marketing Intelligence Analyst is responsible for researching and studying market conditions, technology trends and other key indicators along with company data to derive actionable insights. You will also make recommendations for key stakeholders and management to support strategic decision making across marketing channels and business units.Responsibilities include:- Partner with Business Leaders, Group Competitive Intelligence Team, FP&A and IM-WBL to acquire and maintain data and other resources to define new offers
- Identifying key trends within large data sets presenting actionable findings and recommendations for development of tactical and strategic plans
- Benchmarking, forecasting, and using data to evaluate marketing performance and success across multiple channels
- Collect and analyze data regarding customer and audience segmentation, preferences, personas, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
- Identify tools and technology that can be leveraged to enhance the quality of database and market intelligence processes currently in place
- Establish a standardized process to collect and share marketing intelligence across the enterprise
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline, with a focus in Analytics, Marketing, or Statistics
- 4-6+ years of verifiable work experience, in analytical growth environment and market analysis
- Experience identifying opportunities through analyses and available primary and secondary research to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns and plans
- Demonstrated track record benchmarking, forecasting, and using data to evaluate marketing performance and success across multiple channels
- Experience building queries and reports using Excel based analysis, SAP/BW and BI or other analytical packages (Google Sheets)
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects, creating ad hoc analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to management teams
- Project management experience related to analytics, strategy, and plan development
- Experience working in G Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Analytical thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriate process/business recommendations
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
