The Market Intelligence Analyst will collect, analyze, and aggregate market intelligence data into sound market and product assessment datasets to be used in making informed business decisions about the scope and structure of the CNH Industrial product portfolio.

We are looking for an eager and adaptable professional to join our team and make a positive impact on our business.

The ideal candidate will be located near Burr Ridge, IL or Racine, WI. This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and you should expect to be onsite two days per week in the office setting.

Responsibilities

• Gather market intelligence information through research and analysis of various internal and external sources.
• Consolidate into structured datasets to present market and business trends and opportunities
• Perform research and analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, and methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence future sales, market positioning, or product offering
• Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring key Business Intelligence data and trends and managing related databases
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, providing data synthesis & analysis which links multiple inputs in support of decision-making
• Create standard and/or adhoc reports, and any additional documents, as required
• May aid in design and implementation of intelligence and analytics software systems and solutions
• Support other special projects and assignments, as required

The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $78,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• At least one (1) year of work experience in product planning, insights, business intelligence, analytics, or a similar business function

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence & Analytics software systems
• Microsoft Office Suite competencey with intermediate to advanced skills in MS-Excel
