The Manufacturing Technician 2 at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Just duties include: Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Set-up and operation of processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High throughput Bag Line.Delivers products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jackPerform production operations, such as, Hand fill, prepping fill equipment and Aseptic gowning and qualificationClean up equipment and working areas after production operationsCoordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentationCommunicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to attention of supervisorProvide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelinesExecute batch records in SAPEnsure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completelyFollow production procedures and safety policies at all timeUse, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriatelyLabel all in process equipment and containers properlyTake action and resolve any unsafe conditionsParticipate in safety and quality training activitiesSupporting all activities of Manufacturing Tech 1, communicate and document status processes, products, and equipmentPerform In-Process assaysSetup, dispense, and package technically challenging products

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

1 + years manufacturing experienceKnowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and scienceExperience with safe chemical handling methodsEffective oral and written communication skillsGood computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizationRSREMD
