Position Overview

Novelis is seeking an experienced Strategy & Market Integration Manager to join our Global Automotive team. The purpose of this role is to drive execution of global automotive market strategy projects in support of business growth and corporate strategic planning. The incumbent will engage regional automotive value stream teams to build transparency and connection to the total addressable market opportunity and will facilitate the alignment of marketing needs to product requirements for R&D. This role will also have responsibility for driving the integration of marketing information to digital enterprise solutions through development of various modules/tools in our CRM application.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and R&D to translate market opportunities to product development requirements
• Conduct Business Reviews & Technology Reviews - aligning regions and prioritizing market needs to establish key market requirements and global roadmap
• Develop standardized process to capture and assess requirements from regional product managers and integrate with technology portfolio to finalize roadmaps in SalesForce.com environment
• Define market data standards based on insights needed and manage transition of such to Salesforce
• Prepare market analysis and presentations for executive discussions.'
• Support the development of strategic market plans
• Work with project teams to evaluate impact of design solutions and merit of application results; address issues as needed
• Serve as main point of contact and liaison with IT and other internal teams to define requirements for development of Salesforce modules
• Implement change management plans for migrating Sales Planning into new CRM solutions
• Manage project for creation of system that links the R&D project portfolio and the commercial sales plan together to visualize a 10-year roadmap of product insertion into commercial vehicle program launches by application and product technology
• Serve as ongoing subject matter expert and point of contact related to CRM development
• Liaise with IT teams to manage issues and ongoing solution development/updates
• Drive user adoption through ongoing communication, training, and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related field; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, business development, marketing insights and/or innovation management
• Experience managing/driving priorities for product development based on market data/trends
• CRM implementation and functional management experience
• Experience conducting market analysis, presenting findings, and supporting strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize and present meaningful insights
• Adept with data tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and other analysis software (Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with R&D, IT, and product management (or similar) teams at global scale
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information across multiple organizational levels
• Project management skills
• Specific Salesforce implementation/management experience preferred
• Experience with marketing strategy in automotive and/or manufacturing industry a plus
• Experience working in the mobility and transportation sector a plus.

Location Profile

Novelis' Global Corporate Headquarters is located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta Georgia and employs approximately 250 people.
