Position Overview

The Manager, Receipts Product Management is responsible for overseeing and developing Receipts products and capabilities. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver quality products that enable our clients to make data-driven decisions and drive their growth. This role is part of the Global Product Platforms function and will be responsible for developing new Receipts capabilities across the Receipts platform, globally.

This individual will stay aligned with trends and clients' changing needs to actively identify/pursue new category opportunities. This individual will build outstanding cross-functional relationships and maintain rapport across organization to ensure business alignment and achieve shared business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Create and prioritize product requirements, translating the needs across clients into specs for product capability; Lead the implementation team to bring the specs alive into a product, negotiating between scope
  • Industry Immersion : Interface directly with clients, prospects, and the Client Development teams to identify key market needs, trends, and competitive landscape to support product strategy recommendations; Evaluate information on client needs and satisfaction; Evangelize the voice of the client internally and provide recommendations
  • Product Strategy and Revenue Growth : Develop, execute, and evangelize the product vision and supporting strategies internally and externally; Drive product portfolio pipeline planning throughout the product lifecycle(s); Set and achieve established revenue goals and deliver YoY growth
  • Product Discovery and Roadmap Management: Develop product framework across sector(s) and ensure execution of fundamental concepts including product/market fit, product tests, client discovery process, and long-term product health; Develop and/or oversee product requirements and enhancements; Proactively engage with clients and conduct discovery sessions related to product road mapping, new products, enhancements, upsells, and data changes


Qualifications
  • 5+ years product management experience in market research, information, B2B or SaaS products, developing new products, business plans and product requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of data and analysis, with the ability to translate the data into actionable business results for the client.
  • Strong product management experience working with data/information preferably in syndicated and/or custom research; Experience working with POS/consumer data a plus
  • Background working with longitudinal panel data preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills; demonstrates confidence, composure and diplomacy when delivering any message; Able to adapt communication style to suit technical and commercial audiences. High degree of comfort speaking with senior-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a full product portfolio, including current products and create a vision for new products.
  • Adept in use of strategic product life cycle practices such as market/client assessment, competitive analysis, pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategies, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience working in Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent.
  • Expert in all MS Office products (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
