Horizontal's client is adding a Manager of QA Programs to its Systems Development team. The role will define the strategy and oversee planning and execution of QA/testing, automation, metrics, reporting, and decreasing defects for company-wide programs supporting acquisition integrations, etc. The role provides central oversight across all Value Steams and acquired companies.

Requirements:

• Experience leading QA teams
• Testing experience in both manual and automated testing environments
• Strong understanding of QA best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Project or Program management experience is a bonus
• Background required

In compliance in compliance with state laws and regulations related to job posting requirements, the salary range for this role is $15.00 -$115.00 per hour (hourly rates in other locations could differ).
