In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team to develop sound research and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high performing team, developing strengths of individual contributions, strategic and tactical execution of a team roadmap, predictive analysis and research knowledge of large data sets and a good understanding of processes related to People@.

We are looking for someone who is able to influence both within the People Analytics team and across our cross functional partners. The desired candidate will have experience creating and finding solutions where there is no predefined way of doing things. This person will use structured, analytical and strategic thinking to solve problems and be able to influence business partners.
  • Grow, manage, and develop a team of researchers and analysts leading quantitative and qualitative research
  • Support a team of research scientists and data analysts, ensuring the team is productive, engaged, and thriving in their career
  • Build relationships with teams, stakeholders, and partners in different parts of the organization
  • Communicate with stakeholders and other internal teams to understand business problems and develop and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Prioritize short and long term needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues
  • Encourage ideation, innovation, and collaboration among the team
  • Ensure qualitative and quantitative research rigor as well as accuracy in team deliverables
  • Experience managing team members from different disciplines and in different locations
  • Experience communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
  • Understanding of data visualization principles
  • Experience with data management and having an understanding of data structures
  • Experience working with HR/organizational people data
  • Openness to feedback and self aware
  • Coaching and people development skills
  • 2+ years experience managing a team
  • 6+ years of business experience in people, human resources, diversity or a related field
  • Presentation experience to senior management
  • Interest in diversity, engagement and inclusion work
  • Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R, Python, SPSS, STATA or Tableau
  • Experience developing tools, conducting empirical research, practical implementation, knowledge of best practices
  • Experience in Recruiting
  • Experience doing analytics based research in Recruiting
