Position Summary:

As a key member of our growing sales team, the Manager of Sales Development will lead and grow our inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.

Essential Functions/Primary Duties:

  • Provide coaching & on-going enablement to develop and support your team to reach their highest potential. Your expectation setting, management and mentoring over time will set them up for career success. We are committed to making SpaceIQ a career accelerator.
  • Own and develop process systems that contribute to enhanced & repeatable SDR productivity.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure success.
  • Evaluate and quickly address performance challenges.
  • Recruit, train and manage SDR team responsible for inbound lead follow up into our target accounts
  • Partner with Marketing team to define, track, and monitor pipeline generating programs & activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to assess and develop campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Management protocol for Team Meetings, 1:1's, Performance Improvement Plans, Career Development, and team culture.

Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ year track record of success as high performing BDR or SDR Manager.
  • Proven interest and experience in peer coaching & development.
  • Self-starter who can proactively identify process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Effective problem-solving; resourcefulness.
  • Flexibility to be able to work in rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive, self-motivated.
  • Expertise in Sales Productivity and CRM Tools(e.g., SalesForce.com, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  • Continual improvement mindset to grow and scale as a team and individual.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
