Overview
This role is a key position within the Kohl's Customer Management Team. Overall responsibilities focus on managing all aspects of Kohl's order processes, including weekly order review, oversight of EDI communications between HBI and Kohl's, support inventory management and drive optimal order fill rates to meet customer thresholds. Specific tasks include inventory analysis, review inbound product flow, identify and correct order and system issues, and leading service communication between the customer (Kohl's) and HBI cross functional teams.
The incumbent collaborates with the Kohl's Sales and Planning teams, in addition to cross-functional HBI teams such as Production Planning, Operations Management, Customer Service and Distribution.
