Overview

This role is a key position within the Kohl's Customer Management Team. Overall responsibilities focus on managing all aspects of Kohl's order processes, including weekly order review, oversight of EDI communications between HBI and Kohl's, support inventory management and drive optimal order fill rates to meet customer thresholds. Specific tasks include inventory analysis, review inbound product flow, identify and correct order and system issues, and leading service communication between the customer (Kohl's) and HBI cross functional teams.

The incumbent collaborates with the Kohl's Sales and Planning teams, in addition to cross-functional HBI teams such as Production Planning, Operations Management, Customer Service and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the order management function, responsible for reviewing and addressing order issues.
• Validates service level info and communicates recovery insight to Retail Planning and Kohl's partners.
• Collaborates on a strategic plan for order process improvements and inventory flow optimization for Kohl's innerwear categories.
• Monitor replenishment levels to ensure that accurate and timely orders are generated given metrics set for program to ensure product service levels.
• Facilitate weekly TRAK meetings and identify next steps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and planning team to optimize HBI available inventory to improve service and address potential sales risk.
• Ensures all product events are documented and track inventory flow for timely shipment dates.
• Manage obsolete inventory risk by driving order cadence for exit plans when discontinued programs are identified and communicate to appropriate internal teams for effective an timely execution.
• As needed, lead account specific price increase execution and communication both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong Leadership and Problem Solving Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in Replenishment, Sales or Inventory Management or Category Management.
• Strong PC skills including Excel
• Experience with SAP, BI, POS Cube other data processing systems a benefit
• Excellent written & oral communication skills required
