The Manager, Loyalty Program role oversees the day-to-day operations of the NASCAR Industry Loyalty Program. The Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for the strategy and design of all NASCAR loyalty program interactions and is required to work closely with internal NASCAR divisions to maximize opportunities for fan engagement and program offerings. Member interactions must be considered across all channels and throughout every stage of the member lifecycle. The Loyalty Program Manager will be the primary architect behind how the program comes to life for the NASCAR fan across every program touchpoint. Daily collaboration with data strategy and research teams is expected.

This role will set the Loyalty Program calendar and ensure timely implementation and fulfillment of program goals. In-flight monitoring and optimization of Loyalty offerings is critical to the success of the program. The Loyalty Program Manager will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of reporting on campaign performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Collaborate with business units across NASCAR, NASCAR Tracks, and the larger Motorsports industry to increase fan engagement and activation.

Set Loyalty Program goals and milestones according to best practices and feedback from stakeholders.

Collaborate with third-party agencies and vendors on all aspects of member communications and experiences and ensure delivered work complies with contractual agreements.

Maintain Program calendar in accordance with Motorsports industry initiatives with potential for overlapping messaging.

Manage the member contact strategy, which could include email, direct mail, in-app messaging, SMS, or other channels.

Measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to Program sponsors and prepare presentations and communicate test results to key stakeholders.

Establish internal communications mechanisms and forums to update Executive Management and internal stakeholders.

Manage roadmap of program to ensures that it scales with new partner offerings and business objectives.

Identify and explore opportunities for data acquisition through Program participation.

Plan and execute process to keep ahead of shifting digital landscape in the areas of privacy and identity.

Work closely with Finance team to manage the proper accounting methods for the Program.

Ensure that Program remains up-to-date with larger Loyalty industry advancements and technological developments.

Travel: 5%

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four (4) year college or university required plus a minimum two to five (2-5) years of current loyalty program operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Required experience in operation and management of digital Loyalty platforms. Proficient on all Company provided hardware and software with experience in mobile technologies. Emphasis on Data visualization / Business intelligence technologies including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Adobe and other digital analytics platforms.
