Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$101,005.00-$161,608.00

Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day management of the CSG Global Trade Compliance Program. This position will manage day-to-day compliance challenges and contribute to long term strategy targeted at enhancing trade compliance operations and customer experience. The Mgr Global Trade Compliance will also be responsible for tracking emerging regulatory developments and trends across the globe and working cross-functionally to develop strategic responses to ensure effective compliance.

Position Details:

Essential Job Functions:

• Build and manage CSG's Global Export Compliance program, including developing processes, procedures, and relevant training
• Identify relevant export compliance imperatives applicable to our software, services, technologies, and people
• Establish and maintain guidelines and best practices to mitigate export compliance risks throughout the enterprise

• Oversee filings to government or regulatory bodies, in alignment with our Legal colleagues
• Work with Legal to ensure confidential submission processes are followed for proper agency approvals when required
• PCI - Understands and adheres to CSG Security and Compliance standards as they appear in Information Security, Acceptable Use, Code of Conduct, and other corporate policies. Keeps abreast of all applicable regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
• Management ensures that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs. Understands and adheres to CSG Security and Compliance standards as they appear in Information Security, Acceptable Use, Code of Conduct, and other corporate policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in trade compliance with focus on export controls
• Experience with offshore R&D and technology transfer licenses
• Experience with M&A Due Diligence including disclosures and resumption of service and support requests
• Experienced with US Export Administration Regulations, especially as they relate to encryption and telecommunications

Preferred Skills:

• Multi-national experience with a US or technology company preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
